- De-Escalation Methods- 30 Minutes
- SDS Self Defense – 1 Hour
- Sexual Assault / Rape Prevention – Ground – 1 Hour
- Break Time – 30 Minutes
- Fear – Work Place – Harassment – Anger Management – 1 Hour
- How to use items in your home – purse – wallet – 30 Minutes
- Pressure Points / Strikes – 1 Hour
- Knife / Stick Disarming Methods – 1 Hour
- Gun Disarming – 1 Hour
- Daily: 7am to 4pm – Call to schedule..
