1. About Our Services

Global Martial Arts USA (“GMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a martial arts school located at 509 Garnet Ct, Suite 100, Gallatin, TN 37066. Through our website and online platforms, we provide information about our programs, accept class bookings, and communicate with current and prospective students and their families.

2. SMS Messaging Program

When you book a class or submit a form on our website and check the consent checkbox, you may opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Global Martial Arts USA. Our messaging program includes:

Appointment confirmations — confirming your booked class date, time, and location
Class reminders — reminders before your scheduled class
Follow-up messages — messages after your trial class or inquiry about enrollment
Account updates — information related to your membership or scheduling

Message frequency varies depending on your booking activity and interactions with our school. Typically, you will receive 2–6 messages per booking.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Global Martial Arts USA is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

3. SMS Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or enrollment. You are not required to opt in to text messages to book a class, enroll, or use any of our services.

4. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and network availability. Global Martial Arts USA is not responsible for messages that are not received due to carrier issues, device incompatibility, or changes to your phone number.

5. Age Restriction

Our SMS messaging program is intended for users aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and manage SMS communications on your behalf. Parents and guardians who book classes for minors are the consenting party for any related SMS communications.

6. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
Transmit any harmful, threatening, or offensive content through our forms, chat, or communication tools

Our website and online services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Global Martial Arts USA is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including your phone number and SMS consent data. We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sumner County, Tennessee.
