Our After School Program is a fantastic alternative to daycare at an elite family martial arts school. Our school has over 6500 sq ft, and we offer a great after-school care program at a fair weekly tuition rate for children aged 6 to 14 years old. The GMA After School Program in Gallatin, TN, is a fantastic alternative to after-school care, where our main focus is on life skill lessons. These lessons aim to build a stronger character, foster respect, courtesy, confidence, focus, improved grades, better concentration, self-control, self-esteem, and leadership development. These life skills will benefit students in all aspects of life, particularly in academics and social relationships.   

When a child is armed with these important life skills, it is proven that a child is better prepared for all challenges they may encounter as they continue their academic life, not to mention approach their teen years. They will also learn the knowledge and emotional strength needed to handle life’s struggles and challenges. "Give your child the edge and winning attitude needed in life to reach their potential and become more successful individuals."

Additionally, your child has an "option" to learn top martial arts skills and practical self-defense. Our ASP Children may also train in Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or both styles, and no additional cost for those classes. Why settle for a boring after-school care program when you can energize your child to excel in all areas of their lives with our great After School Leadership Program.  ( Martial arts classes are included in the ASP but are optional)

After School Care Alternative $110.00 Per Week 

 (Rate with Summer Maintenance fee) School year parent pick-up until 5:30pm  - Snacks - Free Martial Art Classes - Fun)  Save with the 8 summer week maintenance fee.


After School Care Alternative:  $130.00 Per Week 

(Rate with No Summer Maintenance Fee) Option for members that do not want to pay the 8 week Summer Maintenance fee to hold their spot and attend summer classes, it is less expensive yearly to maintain your spot by paying the maintenance fee) *


Extended Parent Pick-up: $25.00 Per Week Add On - 

(Extended Pick ( 6:00pm) This is an add-on for parents that need extended pick up time to help avoid the added $10 late fees) 


Late Pick Up Fee: $10.00  Daily Late Pick up Fee 

Parent must call and leave a message if they are going to be late to pick up.  ( $10 every 15 minutes past 5:30pm)


No Call Fee: $10.00 ( Please Call if your child is sick or not in school)


Summer Maintenance Tuition Fee: $40.00

(Include Summer Classes and Summer Camp Discounts)


AFTER SCHOOL /  REGISTRATION FEE:

$175 Registration Start Up Fee / Fee Includes the First week + Free TKD Uniform / Tuition Billed Every Friday for the following week.  Late Payment Fee $10 if not paid before Monday.

* Like most after school programs there is a Weekly Maintenance Fee during Spring Break, Fall Break and Summer Breaks to maintain a child's spot. Our maintenance fee is $40 per week. This fee also allows ASP children to continue training in their martial arts classes. We do not prorate weeks when schools are closed for incremental weather days, student sick days or teacher closed days or short week holidays. 

The summer Maintenance fee holds your spot and  includes Martial Arts training during the spring/summer/ fall breaks. If you do not want to pay the summer maintenance fee, then your weekly school tuition rate is $130 per week. The $110 weekly rate is calculated and based on students paying any and all school breaks $40.00 maintenance fee. 

To maintain your child's positive improvements, life skills confidence, self discipline and martial arts knowledge we do suggest paying the maintenance fee during the summer. In the long run it is cheaper to pay the $110 rate and the Summer Break Maintenance fee.  Please not you will be charged the normal $40 weekly maintenance fees during any and all school weekly breaks.

You must also fill out a separate martial arts agreement / rules sheet and health waiver at the academy - Please bring your insurance card and id. 


A $175 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot, which includes your first week, registration and one free uniform. Any additional uniforms are an extra fee. Once a school is full we can not pick up a that school, You can call to be put on a waiting list, if someone drops. You  will be removed from the list if you do not register within a week of being called about an opening. We do not hold spots.

GMA-ASP Policy:


Please note as stated on our website and paperwork, the ASP program fee includes school pick-up, snack, and after-school care until 5:30 pm / Extended Care pick-up is 6:00 pm. 
The ASP program does not include Martial Arts classes; it is optional, free for After School members, and a great added benefit. Most martial arts schools charge extra for the Martial Arts Classes on top of the after-school care. So we ask parents to respect the program and the leadership process and methods, which takes diligence, perseverance, and dedication to learn and grow. Communication is the key to a child learning and getting over any struggles. Learning martial arts is a life education like a regular school. “Emotional EQ is as important as intellectual IQ.” 


If your child is in the martial arts part of the program, we ask that a parent not pull a child early out of class, as it hinders the learning process. We require them to attend 2 - 3 class times per week for each style, and the styles are taught back-to-back. However, ASP members may attend more classes and also have an option of Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or both styles at no extra charge. 
We kindly ask that parents respect the process of the child's development and growth methods. We do understand that at times parents are exhausted from a long day or get off earlier; however, many children are pulled out during the middle of their classes early or miss classes because they are pulled out early.

Our policy: Please call prior to your child getting suited up for class to avoid class interruption. If a child misses too many classes, there is a greater chance they will give up since they will fall behind on their required curriculum and eventually will be dropped from the martial arts part of the program. They will still stay in the program, but when a parent can commit to the martial arts part, we can reinstate them in the martial arts part. 


Students advance based on class attendance credits and knowing the required curriculum knowledge, which can also be viewed on our Gymdesk student portal. The average student tests for the next level after 3 months in the program if the attendance requirements are met for the specific belt level. The is an extra fee to cover boards, belts, and certification, but if you refer a friend, you can get a free belt exam. 


If it is difficult to have your child to attend classes, then we can remove the free classes for your convenience.

GMA Gallatin parents and children love our program. The tuition value can't be beat for all of the benefits a child gains in our program.  

Once you register and pay the $175.00 registration/start-up fee, we will enroll you in our system. The registration fee includes the first week plus registration. (Once the form is completed, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment.) * Due to limited space, There are No Refunds

Our ASP GMS director will call you to schedule a private meeting. It is essential to schedule your appointment by calling 731-324-3850, as space is limited. The director will provide you with all the necessary paperwork at the meeting, allowing you to complete the ASP registration.


* You are not fully registered until the packet is completed at the school, but the $175 registration fee will hold your spot. We can not pick up your child until you complete the registration packet at the school.

Weekly Tuition $110 per week: (Extended Care Available Extra Fee) To hold your position on weeks off from school, summer breaks, fall breaks, and holidays, there is a weekly $40 maintenance fee to hold your position. The maintenance fee keeps the tuition rates down and saves your spot.  As an added benefit, the maintenance fee also includes weekly martial arts training classes during the off seasons and seasonal breaks. Please note: We do not prorate short school weeks, inclement weather-closed days or sick personal days. You must call the school before 1pm if your child is not attending or does not need to be picked up on a specific day.  If a driver has to wait or have a teacher search for a child, there is a $10 no-call fee. GMA also offers Summer camps and  Fall / Spring camps if there is enough interest.
